Final batching and Testing

The intermixing system is well supported with a Stock blending system for homogenous mixing of the rubber compound.

A final Batch-off having complete atomization cools down the rubber to room temperature helping the chemicals in the compound to settle and can be cut into sheets or strips as per customer requirements.
